The Problem We're Solving
Footballers tears the same muscle twice.
The challenge is not a lack of data. It is understanding what changing signals mean for this individual athlete, in this context, over time. We're an early team doing technical work in a space where the stakes are real: performance, rehabilitation, decisions and careers. We're building individual physiological models designed to give practitioners better longitudinal context under pressure. Decisions are made under uncertainty, often with incomplete information. That's the context we build for.
What does a professional footballer have in common with an engineer?
A shared conviction that better individual models can give practitioners more useful context when decisions are difficult. That's probably what holds us together.
We have a founder who experienced the reinjury problem as a professional player and went back to DTU to turn that experience into a research question. A professor whose research group has worked with digital twin systems for physiological modelling. A COO who co-founded and scaled a sports-tech venture and has worked with professional football players from around the world.
Between us all within the team, we hold more degrees than are probably necessary and speak Danish, English, French, Italian, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, Hungarian, Greek, and Icelandic, which says something about where we've come from, if not about how efficiently we run meetings. Different backgrounds, the same approach: take ownership and care about what you produce.
