Physiological & Sports Medicine Advisor - Elite Football

We're looking for a physiotherapist, sports medicine professional, or physician with experience in elite or semi-elite football. Not to validate what we're building, but to challenge it.

This is not a narrow return-to-play role. We're looking for someone who can connect:

• physiology
• data
• research
• and real-world decision-making

You understand that athlete management is not clean or protocol-driven, but contextual, uncertain, and often subjective. That's exactly the gap we're trying to close.

You will work directly with the founding team and DTU research group.

You will:

• Pressure-test whether model outputs make sense physiologically
• Call out when signals don't translate to real decisions
• Help bridge the gap between research and applied practice
• Shape what a useful signal actually looks like in elite environments
• Push us to build something that holds up under scrutiny — not just in theory

Someone who:

• Has worked closely with elite or semi-elite football players
• Brings strong physiological and/or sports medicine expertise
• Is comfortable questioning both data and established practice
• Has felt the gap between what's measured and what's actually useful
• Wants to be part of defining what better looks like

• Direct involvement in a validation study with elite football clubs across the Nordics
